4. Chatbot Conversations
Conversations between your website visitors and your EvolureChat chatbot are stored in your tenant's isolated database. This data is accessible only by your authorized team members. We do not use your chatbot conversations to train models for other customers.
5. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for analytics, payment processing, and communication. These services have their own privacy policies and are bound by data processing agreements with us.
