By accessing or using EvolureChat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EvolureChat provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to create automated conversational agents for lead capture, customer support, and visitor engagement across web and messaging channels.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Distribute spam, malware, or deceptive content through chatbots
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Reverse-engineer the platform or its AI models
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to train your chatbot. EvolureChat retains ownership of the platform, its technology, and its AI models. We do not claim ownership of your training data or chatbot conversations.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

8. Data Processing

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the processing described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvolureChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a data export before termination takes effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days prior to taking effect.
